Privacy Policy

This policy explains how DMMC Digital Concierge FZCO collects, uses and discloses your information when you use this website, and sets out your rights and how the law protects them. We use your personal data to provide and improve the service. By using the site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Interpretation and definitions

Words with an initial capital letter have the meanings set out below. These definitions apply whether they appear in the singular or the plural.

Deleting your personal data

Please note that we may need to retain certain information where we have a legal obligation or other lawful basis to do so.

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your personal data may be transferred. We will give notice before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Children’s privacy

The service is not directed at anyone under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under that age. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take steps to remove it. Where consent is our legal basis for processing and your country requires parental consent, we may require that consent before collecting and using the information.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and update the date above. Where appropriate, we will notify you by email or by a prominent notice on the service before the change takes effect. Changes are effective when posted on this page.
